Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the ScoreHub mobile application operated by MMTech. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ScoreHub, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

ScoreHub is a cricket scoring application that allows users to create and manage cricket matches, track live scores, manage teams and players, and view match statistics.

3. User Accounts

ScoreHub uses phone number verification to authenticate users. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Upload or transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm other users

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (match data, player names, team details, etc.). By using the app, you grant MMTech a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process this content solely to provide the service.

6. Intellectual Property

The ScoreHub app, including its design, logo, code, and all content created by us, is owned by MMTech and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

7. Third-Party Services

ScoreHub uses third-party services including Google Firebase (authentication, database, analytics, and crash reporting). Your use of the app is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ScoreHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the app. Upon deletion, your personal data and match history associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
